All Sales Are Final

 

All purchases made through Maybe Not Safe are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and processed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item.

To be considered, you must:

 

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide your order number

• Include clear photo evidence of the damaged or defective item and packaging

 

If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

 

Non-Eligible Situations

 

We do not accept claims or provide replacements for:

 

• Incorrect sizing or fit

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor variations in color, print, or material

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Items damaged after delivery
